Here is the information and process you need to read and complete to book your business-changing, in-house executive presentation, seminar, or learning workshop from Selling Solutions Inc. The process is fast and easy.

Room Setup Information & Supply Requirements

Forensic Customer Management™ executive presentations, seminars, and learning workshops are delivered in a multimedia format using state-of-the-art presentation and video technology. To maximize participants' enjoyment and knowledge transfer, please ensure that the meeting, presentation, or conference room is set up according to the following instructions:

Presentation Room Setup and Supplies Requirements

  • A presentation versus meeting or boardroom location is preferable. The room should have high ceilings (12 to 14 feet is ideal) to accommodate an eight- or ten- foot projection screen.
  • Please use a classroom-seating configuration with tables placed in a chevron format with a center aisle.
  • Twenty-four-inch-wide (not 18-inch) banquet tables are recommended to allow participants adequate room for a workbook, taking notes, etc.
  • Allow ample space between each participant to enable effective use of seminar and learning workshop materials and program workbooks.
  • Please provide a four-foot, draped square banquet table at the front of the room to accommodate the presenter's laptop, remote control slide changer, and LCD projector.
  • An eight-foot table should be positioned at the front of the room, off to one side, to accommodate the presenter's workshop, business materials, and information.
  • A large salad bowl or basket from catering is required for lucky business card draws that will be conducted during the program.
  • Table tent cards with participants' first names only in large, bold, and easy-to-read font (e.g. 150-point, bold Arial) should be provided for your presentation.
  • A yellow highlighter marker should be provided to each participant for use with the workbook.

Audio/Visual Requirements

  • An LCD Computer Projector with a minimum of 1500 ANSI lumens of brightness is required. This item may be rented from Selling Solutions Inc., or you may provide/rent your own projector.
  • An extension power cord with a power bar for two electrical plugs (laptop and projector) is required. The extension cord should be taped to the floor to avoid mishaps.
  • Please provide aAn eight- or ten-foot projection screen. ( NO six-foot screens or white marker boards.)
  • Depending on the number of participants and the size of the presentation room, a wireless lavaliere microphone system may be required. Please contact Michael Sloopka at michael@sloopka.com if you will have more than 25 attendees or if your room measures greater than 900 square feet.

Catering Requirements

  • All refreshment breaks involving food and beverages should be located outside the presentation room.
  • A water station should be located at the back of the room.
  • NO hotel memo pads or pens should be placed on the tables.
  • Doors should be closed upon the start of the presentation and reopened approximately one minute before break, lunch, and dismissal times.
  • To minimize disruptions when participants leave and enter the room during the presentation, please put a piece of tape over the door latch.
